To Register for the 2025 Trip:

New Members: Please connect with the OYMT Team Coordinator, Lexi, via email ([email protected]) before registering for the trip. New Groups & Satellite Teams: Please do not use the steps/links below and reach out via email instead.

Step 1: Sign the 2025 OYMT Covenant by December 1st. (both participant and parent signatures are required).

Step 2: Submit your $200 per youth deposit to Lexi by December 1st. Email [email protected] if financial aid is needed. No cost for adults.

Step 3: Register with ASP. Click on the button below, click “Join an Existing Group,” and enter 15943 for the group code. Due by January 12th.

**Be sure to complete all medical and emergency contact questions. This is the only way OYMT collects this information for the year.

Step 4: Review the OYMT Youth Protection Policy. All participants and one parent per youth will be required to sign this policy at the first meeting on January 12th.

Step 5: Review the OYMT Waiver & Release. A parent will need to sign for each youth at the first meeting on January 12th.

Step 6: Review ASP’s required reading for all volunteers. This step is particularly important for new members, but all participants must review the reading each year. Due by January 12th.

Step 7: Have your priest complete the below reference form. This step only applies to new members from parishes that have not served with OYMT before. Due by January 12th.

Step 8: Submit your $175 per youth remaining balance by March 16th. See payment instructions below.
